Calm, cool and collected.
Nick Jonas was “impressed” by his daughter Malti’s “chill” composure when she made her debut at his Walk of Fame ceremony on Monday.
“She was super chill the whole time,” the Jonas Brothers member told Access Hollywood after the event honoring himself and brothers Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas.
“I was very impressed,” continued 30-year-old Nick. “It was great to see her and my wife, [Priyanka Chopra], from. My mother-in-law was here too, next door [my] parents.”
The “jealous” singer joked that the “family affair” felt like “a wedding.”
Chopra carried their 1-year-old to the ceremony and Nick sent her a sweet shoutout from the stage.
“I can’t wait to come back here with you in 15 years and embarrass you in front of your friends,” the musician said, waving to Malti.
The little one looked too cute in a tan jacket and matching shorts, as well as a white headband and white shirt.
Kevin and Danielle Jonas’ daughters – Alena, 8, and Valentina, 6 – were also in attendance. However, both Joe and Sophie Turner’s baby girls were not in attendance.
The couple keeps their children off social media completely. For their part, Nick and Chopra cover Malti’s face with emojis.
“I have developed a hard skin when people talk about me. But it’s so painful when they talk about my daughter,” the 40-year-old “Quantico” alum explained to British Vogue in a cover story published Jan. 19.
“She won’t be gossip,” added the “White Tiger” star. “It’s not just about my life. It’s hers too.”
Chopra noted that many believe her toddler “looks like Nick.”
Malti was born via surrogate in January 2021 and then spent 100 days in the NICU before going home.
Nick told Chopra in his speech Monday that he loves parenting with her, calling the actress his “calm in the mad.” [and] enclose in the storm.”
The duo have been married since December 2018.
